This house hadn't been touched since the 60's. We tried to mix the old Victorian terraced house with a slick feel in the finish.

*Re wired, re plumed....
*Restored most of the wooden floors (repair, sand and varnish) and repaired joists.
*Opened up fireplaces and fitted cast iron fireplaces downstairs and made features in bedrooms.
*Fitted new sash windows throughout.
*New bathroom built upstairs with bath and shower .
*Put a small toilet and hand basin in under the stairs.
*Opened up the kitchen/diner and back wall to have the open plan kitchen with a step up to the diner leading to the bi fold doors.
*New bespoke kitchen.
*Opened up the staircase and fitted new bannister and spindles whilst managing to restore the steps.
*Re designed and opened up the garden putting down stone slabs.
*Took down chimney breast to make room for upstairs bathroom.
*Repaired roof
*Plastered
*Paint and decorated
It has taken just under 5 months and around £90k was spent on the project and a few days after completion it was sold with a £110k profit
